Ultra High Performance envelopes optimize building performance while creating a comfortable environment for its dwellers. Valuing fresh air as a mediator between external and internal environments the dual facade system, louvers and shades drive the design of this bull pen style office. The dual facade includes perforated metal panel, rigid insulation, concrete and air space. Using existing R Value and a temperature in Phoenix, Arizona, a new building R Value from the inside was measured and displayed in a radiation map below.
